We offer for rent a beautiful detached house with a garden on the Costa Paradiso, ideal for a holiday for 6 people. Main information about the offer:

• Location: Costa Paradiso is a picturesque coastal resort in northern Sardinia. This place is famous for its breathtaking rocky cliffs, small coves and beautiful beaches. It is a great destination for lovers of nature and peaceful relaxation. You can find our house best with GPS or simply in google maps as "Dum Sardinie".
• House: The offered house is spacious and fully equipped. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed including a full size mattress, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 terraces. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and a separate exit (to the terrace or to the back of the house). The house also has a beautiful garden, where you can enjoy outdoor sitting on a shady terrace with a view of the rocky cliffs, relaxation or a BBQ grill. 
• Equipment: The house is furnished in a modern style and offers all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. There is a TV, WIFI, air conditioning in every room, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, parking space, shared pool, sunbeds and parasol.
• Parking and entrance to the house: The covered parking space is immediately next to the entrance road to the house and is marked "Parcheggio riserato Villino Sardinia 8" (see the blue cars in the photo). The entrance way starts with steps through the garden to the house and is marked by a stone with a red inscription "Villino Sardinia 8." The key to the house can bepicked up in a box with a PIN right at the entrance to the house. You will receive a PIN in the form of an SMS after paying for your stay.
• Cleaning: All bed linen, towels and cleaning products are available in the house. After your stay, the house must be completely cleaned (sweep, wipe, take out the trash, empty and wash the fridge, wash the dishes, remove the dishes from the dishwasher, clean the kitchen and bathroom, etc.). If you use a grill, you also need to clean the grill. Bed linen and towels must be washed and dried. 
• Other charges: We do not charge fees for the use of bed linen and towels, but we would like you to return the house clean for use by other interested parties. In case of breakage or improper cleaning, we charge a refundable deposit of 200 EURO to be sure. This amount will be returned to you immediately after the end of your stay, but no later than 1 week after its end. 
• Payment for accommodation: Payment is made by bank transfer to account IBAN CZ73 3030 0000 0015 8448 9026, BIC/SWIFT AIRACZPP, Holder of the account Milos Kupka, Prague, Czech Republic. It is possible to send the accommodation payment and the refundable deposit at the same time. Please include the name and surname of the customer with your payment. 
• Check-in/ check-out: Check-in is usually from 2:00 p.m. and check-out is until 12:00 p.m. If there are no guests in the house before or after you, it is possible to arrange another time. We are happy to accommodate if at all possible. We check-out online via video call so that we can check the final cleaning and that everything is in its place :)
• Surroundings: Costa Paradiso is surrounded by beautiful nature and offers many activities. You can go for a walk along nature trails, discover hidden beaches, enjoy water sports (surfing, diving, yachting) and of course enjoy the famous local cuisine (200m from the house there are 2 restaurants, Il Calice D'Oro is famous in the area :) ). There are a total of 3 beaches on the Costa Paradiso, the main one - Spaigga di Cala li Cossi - is best reached by car (approx. 2 minutes drive). You can park right in front of the hotel, where they have excellent and cheap pizza! It is worth discovering the hidden beaches nearby, we recommend Li Firuli, Rena Majore or La Marinedda. Lovers of historic towns should not miss visiting the famous Castelsardo or the tiny and romantic Sorso. If you feel like shopping, there are local markets in Valledoria every Saturday where you can get food and local products. Every day, a fishmonger is open in this town with fresh fish and seafood at very reasonable prices, and the town also offers bottled wines from local vineyards. From Costa Paradiso you can observe the shores of Corsica even in poor visibility. The ferry to Corsica departs from nearby Santa Teresa.
